i'v seen the opposite effect on an SUV, which is to say wheels that appear not to move. but that's the first time i'v seen this particular take on the concept. kinda cool in that its something different, but its just so damn useless that it turns from cool to bling. hell, i could even see the fully chromed busa, but this is stupid.
