You posted elsewhere that you replaced/cleaned? yr starter and got better hot starting performance outa yr ZX14R.
That was the 1st I have heard of anyone replacing the starter, so it would be great if you could give a more detailed explanation
Imagine that a NEW?? topic??? Is it possible??

As you can see, "Starter Motor Issues" has had even LESS attention than "sex w/small mammals", and since we are NOT on Labusas Bike Talk, this is just not right!!!!

I could do that, but because my technical (and normal) english is so bad, it is better that i don't try to do it.
You can do it after you have fix your starter.
I have 1 almost new bike for spare parts, so it was easy to get new starter motor. Last year bike starts, but not easily, and after this winters engine re-building it was impossible to get started with old starter motor.
Now i'm so happy that i will go to get some sex with mammals
