X-mas present install and service
Hi!
Snow has finally almost left south of Finland so it was time to install my ZX:s X-mas presents and change the oils.
Here is what my bike got as a present:

And here the same installed:

It was little tight but I was able to install it without removing the swingarm.
Last year I also found a good deal on a mint ti Akrapovic with ti-link pipe and stainless headers. During the winter had my friend weld a O2 bung to the ti link pipe and the result looked good:

Because I don't have my O2 meter always connected I wanted the lambde sensor to be in place where it's easy to install and take away. I'm using LM2 and ECU flash to alter the fuellling. Here is picture of the O2 bung installed:

Also installed another X-mas present - a new Li-ion battery:

Also changed motor oils and brake fluids so I'm ready for summer. Allthough today and yesterday has been only pouring rain...
Here is still the complete bike in my garage - waiting for better weather:

The shock is Wilbers 643 with optional length(+-5mm) and hydraulic preload adjustments. I also ordered it as a +5mm longer so I don't have to use the 4mm shim I used to have over the shock. Now I can adjust it from 0- +10mm. I'm eager to see how it handles when the roads get little cleaner from the dust and sand...

By the way. Weighted today the old battery: 4,45 kg ( 9.81 lbs) compared to 0.916kg (2.02 lbs) of the li-ion battery. So a weight savings of 3.54 kg (7.80 lbs) - not bad so easily!

That`s a goofy place for the o2 sensor. I drilled mine a lot lower. You have to be looking for it to see it.

I def plan to go LiIon when it is time for a new battery. Around here they seem to be less than twice the price of a standard battery. Seems like a no brainer to me.
