built 2000 zx12 vs built gsxr 1000
The race will be roll on from about 50! Me (180lbs) on the zx12 and my buddy (245) on the 1000. Any ideas on the outcome??? Bothbikes very strong!

I don`t know what speed you would be but start in 2nd gear at 6000 rpms .

First gear around 50 mph. I have a small Stroker 3x2.6 with cams all done by Sal of Aceperformance. 1000 is 3x? with cams, its fast also!

1st gear at 50 mph then whack wot you will either stand it straight up or slam to the limiter cause the tire lit up.2nd gear is safer for you.Let the zx12r torque power you thru.

well i hope the 12 with the bigger engine. that 1000 though will be less weight even with him being heavier. you should be 700 to 710lb him will be 650 to 660lb i bet. good luck.
my 12 is even with a older 1000 with some work. i have twards 20hp on him but his on the scale is 420lb. and we are about the same rider weight.
