Picked up my 1361 and put nearly 100 easy miles on it. The motor ran smooth, without any flat spots, or the trademark vibration @ 4000 rpm. Although I was real easy on the throttle, I have to say that 6th gear feels like 4th or maybe 5th used to feel. I was on the freeway crusing between 60 & 70 mph. Even though I was in 6th, because of the extra torque on the throttle, I kept reaching for another higher gear.... New Muzzy fan rattles, and I (we) still have a few odds and ends to work on before the job is done. I can hardly wait to finish the breakin so I can let her rip. Any breakin suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Good to hear Terry.

Megabyte, too cool!
After my 1st ride on a fresh 1361 that's EXACTLY what I felt. I finally put a digital gear indicator on it, because I kept toe-ing for another gear when I was already in 6th.

One of the first things I remember really having to get used to was merging with traffic. The big motor would just grunt and fire you right into the stream so effortlessly, you would find yourself going 20 mph faster than you were used to.
