Hey guys, this is kelly, HDL girlfriend. I have some letters here from him. They are from before the invasion (between 11 and 17 March). He has been asking about the Banner? He told me to tell fish_antlers or freek if it has already been sent it he will have to take it to Iraq with him and bring it back when he comes home. He can't send packages anymore. He is also hoping to be home by Memorial Day....however since I am in the Army too, I don't see that happening, but I am hoping. We have reservations for the 8-11 but I understand DGV was changed to the following weekend. I am going to try and change the reservations just incase he is home he will get to ride with you guys. I would hate to lose the deposit (it is non refundable) or for the cabin to sit there empty if he doesn't make it. Other than that he is as good as can be expected and ready to come home.

I've been looking for HDL on TV everynight, and I think I saw him... Does he wear a tan camo uniform and helmet?

Sure thing guys, I will keep you up to date. Would have been on sooner but I was in Lousiana for training and preparation to go over seas...just got home 16 April. Thanks for the suggestions about the cabin too. Take care.
