ZX10 Front Wheel on ZX12

What is needed to put an 04-05 ZX10 front wheel on a 2001 ZX12? Any help with this would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

From what I've read, you want an '06+ front wheel, as it's the same diameter axle. The 04-05 is not. Then you have to shim the brake rotors or something IIRC. I assume you could probably make 04-05 work if you figured out what wheel bearings would match the ZX12 front axle and then changed them out.

The ZX10 discs are both smaller in diameter and spaced closer together than the ZX12 rotors. The ZX are 3
310 mm while the 12s are 320mm. You will have to shim the calipers in to match the rotors plus machine spacers to center the wheel in the forks. You can get a set of 320mm rotors to fit the ZX10 wheel so the diameter will match.
As hibs said you will need the 06 on up wheel for the larger 25mm bearings. The 04/05 used 20mm if I remember right.
