Aircraft Ti Fasteners

Just a few minutes ago, I saw a person that worked here a few years ago. She works for an Advertising Agency and is dating one of their clients! The guy owns "ACF" At least that is the Name I think she said! His nuts and Bolts are on just about every Plane made! I am getting more information and hope we can get a price where it is affordable!

Be careful about using Ti bolts in aluminum as you need to be aware of dissimiliar metal corrosion.Maybe some of you engineer guys know?

If anyone has ever taken anything apart on their 12 and decided to clean the bolts in a separate pan, those Bolts weigh a ton (at least quite a few pounds! I have never been a fan of Aluminum fasteners, but Ti!!! No problem! Harry, you da man!!

Anti-sieze is a must. I saved over 8 pounds in weight by converting most all of my nuts and bolts to Ti.
