zx12r bodykit
Ok guys in need of your help and advice.Came off my A1 speed demon last year and in the process of getting her back on the road.I need a bodykit as panels are pretty damaged and dont think it be worth getting them repaired and all resprayed.Which company are best to buy the aftermarket bodykits from i quite like the monster racing bodykits but dont want to waste money buying crap.All help and advice much appreciated

Ebay hong kong stuff is cheap but will work. Fitment won't be as good as OEM but OEM is expensive when replacing multiple panels.

Going out on a limb, we get quite a bit of those types of body kits fitted to sportbikes that come through the shop.
The 600rr and gsxr 600/750 kits have been getting better and better, presumably because more and more batches are being made and they can "refine" them from customer feedback....
But the ZX-12R....is honestly kind of a relatively rare sportbike when you think about it compared to the sea of busas, 14s, gsxrs, cbrs, etc. So there is a good chance not as many people have tried it and/or could weigh in on it.
If you can dig deep and pick up a new or used OEM part(s) thats what you'd want for a truely perfect fit.
But if you're ok with it looking ok from 10 feet away and wrestling with bodywork that might not line up perfectly, possibly hearing stress cracks along the way then go for it. OEM is expensive.

i know i may well see how much it will cost to have mine repaired and sprayed in the black and orange monster racing colours.If it costs me a grand then at least i know the panels are perfect cheers guys
