They got the price listed @ $169 for the non-adjustabe type. Can this be right or a typo?

The other one is adjustable: http://secure.cartsvr.net/catalogs/catalog.asp?prodid=854035&showprevnext=1

Anyone tried one of these yet? Curious...

Well, that adjustable one is the best I've seen so far, EBD.... Since none of you selfish buzzards want to part with yours, I'll probably order next week, and post some pics when I've installed it...

Why not use Heli bars?

I am considering Heli bars myself but I am wondering why you all want these risers instead? They do look better is that the only reason? I would appreciate any advice?

I forget the exact spec (3/4" back & 1/2" up? Don't recall...probably on Helibars site...)

But the difference I felt was not that much between stock & the Heli's. The Spencer Cycle clamp has 1.25" risers, which should make more of a difference (& I was going to keep the Helibars, which would make it go back even further....)

I think the only person I know of that did this was Vincent? PING VH....

Where ya been Ted?

FWIW Take a close look at my pic. I have both Spencers and Heli-bars. You hafta rotate the throttle cables down for clearance but they work fine.

EDIT: one more

I never thought about putting them under, I repinned mine so it lays down on top of the of the Brake lever.
