Front rotors question
Don't ask me why but what about riding with two different after market front rotors? I mean one EBC Pro-Lite on LH and Galfer on RH as an example. Is it something feasible or to be totally forgotten? Thanks!

my main concern would be different stopping power from each rotor, which i would think would make the bike pull a bit to one site under breaking. but after all, tons o bikes got one rotor anyway, so i guess its feasible. but unless ur doing it cause u got 2 singles free, i dont see what the purpose would be.

2 different rotors...
I don't see a problem. As freek said, some bikes have only 1 rotor and they don't pull left or right. -ZXtra

OK Tim, here's the story. I'm riding a ZX-11 and the rotors got bad a while ago. I bought a pair of EBC Pro-Lite and used them for a while, until I warped one by forgotting the &??%?&* front disc lock. I replaced them with used OEM units but they begin to show their age and will probably need to be replaced soon. I have a perfectly good EBC but can't afford anymore to pay $250~300 for one rotor. So, I just bought a brand new "Braking" rotor at E-Bay for less than 1/3 the retail price and will soon install one EBC and one Braking rotor. I know this is not a quite clever move but let me ask one question: How in the hell can all of you can spend so much money on a motorcycle??? With mortgage, car, family, etc... I can't afford a lot of new parts but I just can't stop riding... Anyway, this is the reason.
Oh and also, on another site under the same question, you wrote a comment about using two different brands of tires. I absolutely do not want to be a smartass here (and those who know me can confirm) but, in the 27 years I have been riding motorcycles, about only 5 or 6 of them have been made with two similar tires front and rear and I never got any problem. I'm sure I'm not alone in that situation (tires I mean, not tight budget...).
