HDL?
It's been awhile since HDL has posted. Anyone heard from him lately?

If I was a betting man, I'd almost put money on things going down within a week or at least before the 11th.
Why? New moon starts on the 3rd and the first quarter starts on the 11th. The next new moon is on April 1st. I'm just guessing, but I'm sure they would like to get things going when there's little to no light coming from the moon and the can utilize the maximum amount of "darkness".

Communications blackout ? Pretty common when things are getting organized. Don't ask me how I know.
Or he could have gotten too much sand in his keyboard and can't type on it any more.

Wht stirred my post the most is HDL has not been heard from since about the time of the chopper crash last week. The good news is they released info on the crash and it turned out that the chopper and the crew were out of Germany. So we can assume HDL is merely laying around the pool. 
And most definitely based on the last 15 years we seem to go with the full moon.

He called me on like 26 or 27 Feb and told me that the internet is down. They haven't stopped the phones but there is such a long wait that I don't hear from him much. Internet access has been restricted and he told me he will be writing from now on. If I hear anything I will try to let you all know. It is nice to know you all are thinking of him...

Did you guys catch the posts concerning changing the dates for DGV? I know Jim had posted that you had made reservations. Just wanted to make sure you guys don't get left out of the loop.

Thanks for the heads up on the DGV date changes. I hope they will change our reservation. We are hoping to both be in the USA for the trip in May. If not, maybe Jim will be home in time. Last I heard my unit was leaving in May time frame, but they may not need my job to deploy with them. I am still praying not to go, 14 or 20 months apart is a long dam time. Thanks again for the info...Kelly
