Saw Bikerboys
Well... I finally saw Bikerboyz... after all the BS was said and done, it wasnt that bad... .looking past the wacky dialogue/plot etc, I have to give the film makers credit as they did not "sell out" with specific regards to the bikes.. .ie: a harley didnt beat a ducati etc... everything was pretty accurate... I do however take exception to the fact that the "only" way a 12 can beat a busa is for the busa rider to "roll off".. but that's more of a plot point than anything...
I could relate (scary!) to many parts of the film.. as cheesey as it was fer a huge group of riders to pull up somewhere and "dismount" ... I've actaully been there, esp fond memories of laguna seca riding en mass with everyone. .it's hard to relate to if you havent been there...
one other thing I found interesting was the "tunnel" or "worm hole" effect they used to try to show the speed of the bikes... interesting as I remember good ol 22434rdb2b2/worm~hole drunk and cracked out on muscle relaxants sitting infront of the camp fire going on about how riding the 12 was like being sucked into a worm hole... interesting as other people must feel the same way...
that;s all fer now

I haven't seen the movie, but I know what you mean about the 'tunnel vision' thing. I can recall countless high speed runs on the freeway where I slowed down to the freeway exit, and it was like 'whoof.' The world went from a little narrow tunnel to a big scene again.
What's wierd is that I never notice the tunnel vision forming, but I always notice when I get out of it. Wierd?

I still stand by my original post about it
I would rather slam my dick in a car door than watch that bullshit again....
Anyone know where I can get some brakes like those in the movie??? From drag racing wide open to stopped on dirt in 15 feet??? Good Brakes...
Now wheres the car door for even talking of this shithole movie....

Perhaps there are some un-nerving similarities in the film and your real life, which is why you are stating you have this aversion to it. It is a well known fact that people publically dislike the things which are most similar to them.

Setting Up To Win
I to saw Biker Boyz, didn't expect much therefore wasn't let down.
The worst part of it was hearing the engine notes of the bikes and knowing that when I walk out of the movie I was in a foot of snow and 15 degrees.

I went home and rode our bikes around the block.
BTW it never snowed once this winter and only went below freezing twice. The flowers are out already! Oh.. did I mention that I live in Canada!

I hid my key in my make up drawer for a reason.
I can;t beleive you found it!
Why would you drill out the rivetts of my exhaust?

The stunts were the best part of the movie. The tunnel vision thing was a nice device to use as well.
Okay, so after the props let's go over what was gay (with apologies to Bart for the gay crack and to Richard who is probably slamming his dick in a door somewhere):
1. Lame dialog "You gotta represent, whatever that means to you."
2. Lame plot (can we do Oedipus AGAIN?? Father? Yes, son. I want to kill you...)
3. Lame actors. Two words: Kid Rock. (what he hell was Fishburn doing in this?)
4. Lame club tag lines "Burn rubber, not your soul"
5. Doods on four wheelers tagging along with sport bikes on the road and not being derided as being fucksticks.
6. Funeral scene with the club rolling up and revving engines in paying 'homage' to dead homey. I'm sure the family and everyone else with other funerals were very pleased with that display of affection.
And the completely unforgivable:
Drag racing on a dirt road. JEEZUS! KIIIIIL ME NOWWW!

Well, it was kinda entertaining!?!? At least my 3-year-old liked the parts he didn't sleep through. I will say it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be except for the rolling off of the throttle so the hayabuttugly would lose!!! The most redeeming aspect of the movie for me was Vanessa Bell Calloway's fine ass!!!

You guys are funny!!!!! (Fish / Rich) LOL
It was a "Movie Plot" for sure....wasn't impressed or depressed about it. I would have thought that they would make it just a little more realistic since the "Real Motorcycle riders" would make up the majority of the audience!!!
LOL...Kzz1 hated it.....He was ready to leave after the first 1 hour.....
