Dreaded zx12r 2500 flat spot!

Hi, ive recently bought a 04 zx12r with a scorpion can and k&n filtr fiited and it's suffering with a really poor flat spot around 2500rpm! I've had a pc3 instLled and custom mapped and altho it's helped it's still suffering. Anyone any ideas? Anyone have a good map I can useto overcome this issue?
