The Demise of Two Wheel Tuesdays ?
I wondered what happened as well. Is this the death nell for motorcyling on SPEED. Are we going to finally see "racing for idiots" (NASCAR) 7 days a week. What the F*&%k is the appeal in NASCAR.

I had to wind up watching some old boxing on ESPN classic and a dose of COPS to keep me entertained. Don't they know that ArenaCross and or even some classic GP is better than NASCRAP!!

If it wasn't for GP AMA and WSB coverage I would have pulled the plug on Spitvison a long time ago and still might. I may just buy a bunch of blank tapes, give them to a friend and hope he remembers to tape the races.
It's really the only form of protest we have with them. I don't think letters, emails etc will do anything to improve what they show.
If they were really interested in covering bikes, we'd be watching the Australian Superbike series now. I saw a few races from that series some years ago. 2 guys named Bayliss and Malladin going at it.

They used to have Canadian Superbike racing fer chrissakes! Now we get to watch not just Nascar feeder series races, but "Classic" Winston cup races. There is clearly an audience for NASCAR, but it is so mainstream that I doubt the wisdom of purchasing a niche station to play mainstream racing programs.
That leaves the station's previous niche abandoned. I hope somebody will pick up where Speedvision left off.

It's NASCAR Week around here (well, not around here because I'm in Canada right now but you know what I mean) so after the big kickoff get's done it should be business as usual.

If I get the urge to watch something go 'round in circles, I just tie a sock on my dog's tail. It's more exciting than Nascar.

Ha Ha Ha Ha!!!!!! Short and to the point!!
I'm sure we've all noticed that in the last few laps of almost every NASCAR race how a yellow flag will fly for some mysterious "debris on the track". imo, it's not racing but a show.

I feel the same way. I can't stand to watch nascar crap. Where is the audience speedvision is catering to. I don't even know a single person that watches nascar. Speedvision is really raising their suck factor to about a 9.5.
