Uhh, no. What's with the description? "The carbs have been jetted to maxamize the horsepower " oh and the "Dual-radiator fans keep this bike cool". ZX12's dont have carbs and in 2000 they only have 1 fan and obviously 1 radiator...

A few years back a guy at a M/C shop in Daytona saw me looking at a ZX12 he had parked on the showroom floor. He went on and on about how fast is was and it had a Stage 3 jet kit. I asked "how can you tell?"
He enthusiastically jumped up and pointed under the tank and says"See, its got the filters on the backs of the carbs!"
I didnt look, just knocked on the faux tank cover and asked, "Is this real?"
"This feels fake to me, are you sure this is a real motorcycle?"
He assured me it was. Still curious about the "Stage 3" jet kit, I inquired about it. He pulls out the Tucker Rocky cataloge and starts researching.
I was highly amused.

dang, I would have to have bought 2 of them if he could produce a jet kit of any kind for it....lmao
but an additional note the 02 does have dual fans......lol

He went back on and added corrections about the jet kit, etc...
I'm surprised you guys didn't notice the 6 valve thing!
I think it would be cool to have one of those really rare 6 valve ZX12's

He corrected all the problems, but have you noticed....Salesmen(Car and bike) usually don't really know what they are talking about... Car salesmen usually are the worst. I never tell them I am a Mechanic when I look at cars, They are always claiming all kinds of crazy things that usually are not true.
