winter excercise

Do you guys do any exercises to keep tuned for the spring? I remember reading in a Keith Code book about staring ahead and consentrating on your periphial vision. Good for seeing cars, dogs or other walking creatures.Or how about, is there any exercise to help reaction times on the timing lights?

I rode my bicycle 46 miles up the coast on PCH today, avoided death a couple of times by some cages. Got beeped at by a couple that I was forced to flip off and curse at. That's my winter exercise.

I wrestle my wife and dog for the remote control. And I sprint to the refrigerator. And dream about nice weather, riding my motorcycle and all the little things I can do to improve my lap times, reaction times, ET's etc.

I did dust my exercise bike off the other day!

It's not in my genes ta be skinny. I once got down to anorexic looking and I was at 195. That was in college when I had no money for food and my only entertainment was mountain biking for 3 hours a day.
Nowadays, I have money and there's no way I'm starving myself.

That's the farthest I've ridden my bicycle. My ass feels like I was in prison.

I moved the weight set to a different spot today. Sometimes, I think I just might use that thing.
