I make my own...It usually comes out good, sometimes I over dehydrate it and it's too dry, I will make some again this winter. If it's good I will be more than happy to share.

Just walked in from a bear hunt. The only bear was my ass. Desolate as hell. No shots around at all. SO there will have to be next year. Next week whitetail.

Good luck Lube, get a big one.
It was borderline on the hangin macnas, but there is a meat processer about 10mi away so all I do is field dress it, pack the cavity in ice and bring it to them. They have it all processed the way I want it (loins, roasts, ground) and frozen by sunday when I went home. It's in my freezer as I type. I think I might add tenderloins to the thanksgiving menu.

Good thing you killed that thing before it rushed you with those sharp antlers!!!!

But seriously...

Have you ever met a Mink????
I would love to lock a few of those naked PETA models in a small room with a horde of hungry minks...
That would be funny.

Dino,

Thats what we call a "western count" Way to go on the buck. Too bad ya broke the string on the bulls but 13years in a row!!!! holy shit thats great!! I'm at 8 in a row for whitetail bucks and I thought that was good! you must be a bugle'n fool! good for you. It's been a long time since my last elk hunt (too hard to get an out of state tag...and too cheap to pay for an outfitter) But maybe next season. My wife's cousen lives in the Idaho panhandle and says it's easy to get an elk tag....sure, we will see.
