I'm pretty sure the 04-05 zx12 models had radial mounted calipers

The ZX10 forks will not bolt into your triple clamps. You need to swap the entire front end over to ZX10 parts. Some issues are the handle bars are lower. You will need to fit the ign. switch and other details. It has been done but it is easier to find a set of 04/05 ZX12 forks as they are a bolt on item.

I dont know about the 04, but the 05 ZX12 had radial calipers and would be a direct bolt in to the B model clamps....dont forget to get the matching master cylinder and calipers.

04/05 and 06 in europe are all the same radial mount set up forks. The master cylinder is the same as on the earlier models. They did not get a radial master cylinder like the ZX6/10/14 did.
You can use almost any of the japanese made radial calipers with the proper spacers on the ZX12 forks. You can run the 04/05 rotors or with spacers you can use the 320mm 00-03 rotors.
The Zx14 calipers seem popular with most people for some reason.

easier to just get the matching rotor and caliper off the bike you get the forks from, then you know it all fits and there is no need for spacers....

If we all did it that way then why bother swapping forks or brakes at all. There have been improvements in calipers, master cylinders and rotors since the ZX12 radial set up was first introduced so why not take advantage of it. It isn't rocket science matching a spacer up fit a certain sized rotor.
Race teams have been doing it for years and that the fact it is so easy to change rotor size is one reason radial mount brakes came about.
