I personally set the PC3 to max rich (+45%) at WOT...but thats just me...Im happy with my A/F ratio given the amount of juice im putting through the motor.
Its not a requirement..and every bike is different...you will need a dyno run or 2 to determine if you need to add that much fuel to compensate for the spray.

Why do I fear a stock 02 OEM pump would be more than the muzzy?

The 02 fuel pump is not a even swap. The 02 has a better pump than the 00-01 but it is different and will not work with out changes.
