No start
Ok, i am lucky im bald, because i would have pulled out all my hir by now,,,,,,,,
I have just changed my main loom, ( as I was having voltage drop )
and in doing this I dropped the engine, and removed the old loom. and replaced with a second hand 2002 loom,
my bike is a 03.
i took off the fuel tank, and replaced once the engine was back in the frame.
i did disconnect the tps, , and everything eles that was attache .. but have replaced everything back to the new loom.
w
Now when i turn the ignition on, all i get is the clocks starting up, but no fuel priming, or no starter motor,,
i stll have the radiator off,
any helps
,, please ,,

did you mount the minus wire at the engine ? is near the clutch cover !
take a look at all fuse´s !
are the wire at the batterie good fixed ?
kill switch - handlebar ok ?
are all the plugs at the engine + sidestand fixed ?

everything has been plugged back in, earth is plugged in,
fuse,s all good, even checked 30amp in battery box.
will check stater /kill switch.
it was working ok, just before the loom swap

let me ask ? stupid ?
you change the complete cable loom ? yes ?
do you use the "old" ignition switch ? ??
the sidestand plug is ok ??
the clutch lever switch is ok ?
the engine is not moving ?

I changed the main loom,, not the injecter loom, or the headlight, or ignition
and i used the old ignition.
i asume the side stand and clutch are ok, (I have bypassed just to double check)
and there is no starter moter or fuel priming,/ only the gauges work, and brake lights etc

Does the neutral light show that it's in neutral?

Try cleaning the ignition switch with contact cleaner. If there is bad contact. Have You checked the "immobilizer" wire on ignition switch that routes +12V to the ECU via resistor?
