Raptor!

I've always liked them...

Didn't know if I was up to the performance of one...

Had to go ahead and get one!

Picked up the beefed up swingarm and the full length skidplates for it, there was a $300 free stuff offer with every raptor, so I took it.

Nah, decided to trade in the RC 51. Wasn't riding it, it made a crappy road bike, and too damned expensive to make it a race bike.

Toys...got to love em! I don't know where you find the time though...I bought a Honda CR500 last year and rode it only once this year! I just can't seem to pass up riding the 12 around and since I don't own a truck or have any riding land it's more of a hastle to ride the dirt bike! Maybe next year I will put a few miles on it!

Nice thing about living in the Pacific Northwest, there's lots of places to ride! And with winter upon us, not exactly streetbike riding weather, unless you gotta! I've got two parks within five miles of where I live, and some fewkin monster ORV parks within 30 miles. I put my WR250F on consignment when I traded in the RC51. That was a *great* trail bike, but way over my level of competency. The raptor is a real pussycat until you tweak it's tail.

I Miss Wa. State sometimes!

I've never had much interest in 4 wheelers but that raptor looks like fun.I lived in wa. state for 4 years and rode dirt bikes a lot. There some great places to ride offroad there. The mountains and logging trails were a blast. There was some big area near olympia, black hills?, that had tons of area to ride.

Great bike, loads of power . But a little big
(to tall and wide) for a good trails bike.
