Hans ram air covers
Are they replacements or covers on top of the factory pieces like LP's?
Thanks,

You may want to cut some foam for the back side for a tighter fit?

Oh please dont tell me you bought the LPs Dan.
I was severely dissappointed when I bought mine from someone on this board.
Looks like they hire someone fresh out of 7th Industrial arts class to make those.
I wouldnt even call it "carbon fiber"

Hans stuff is excellent, the LP junk should be labeled carbo plastic.
They replace the covers on both model types.

My CF is from LP. (My Step son bought it for me) You can read the fine print of a newspaper through them. They worked ok to cover the scratches on my Dyno cover and Matched the cover on the clutch side and maybe give me 1 milisecond more protection if I fall over at zero MPH! I plan to get a few Hans things and tell him (If he ever asks) that I found a new polish that makes them look better??

Thanks guys and no Steve, I have not bought LP's. I just saw a set of theirs for a 12 and it looked like they just fit over the existing panels. I noticed on Hans that they don't have a nipple that fits down into the gromment on the front and was wondering if the stayed secured okay.
Vincent, I understand what you are talking about with the use of foam.
