Which motorcycle movies does everyone like?
Well...I am curious to ask everyone if they have picked up any DVD's of street motorcycles and which ones are really good? There are so many to choose from, and from $20 to $35 a pop, they are expensive to buy. It's not like Blockbuster has them out to rent, and you cant find all of them to download.
Here are the ones I've picked up in the last couple week:
Judgement Day
Project Mayhem: Las Vegas
Mach 2 and Mach 3 Boxed Set
Once you've seen a stoppie, a wheelie, I start to think you've seen them all. The Judgement Day is a cool watch, some cool stuff in there, and Project Mayhem is hella short at like 35 mintues long, but these guys make it all look too easy.
Now I have to give a huge recommendation to the Mach series. The DVD has Mach 2 and Mach 3 on it, $35 MSRP and you can shop around and get it for $30. This DVD is awesome! Some guys from Europe basically are testing out big bikes, with Mach 2 having the XX and Busa go against each other, and the aged ZX-11, all bikes from the 1999 year. The Mach 3 is cool cause it has the big ones from 2000, ending up in a battle royal between an 00 12 and a 00 Busa. Very cool vid!
The Mach series is nice too cause these guys are doing knee touches in city driving, just insane stuff! The best by far.
Has anyone seen these or could recommend any others?

My Favorite is "Lost in France". The guys that do (british magazines) Superbike and Fast Bike Magazine did the movie. It is fun to watch and quite hunerous. I agree about the statement about you can only watch so many wheelies and or stoppies until it becomes boring.

WEll, I don't know any title or where to get them, but at Sportbikewest, Owen always has tapes of the British/European stunt championchips playing all day in the barn. That's the stuff that really gets me goin. The hooliganism is impressive in it's own right, but i just can't get over how stupid it is, & how irresponsible. I mean, if they kill themselves that's there problem, & i figure the chances of them killing a cager is fairly small, but the influence they have over other people, the way they make dangerous hooliganism "cool", that bugs me. Course, if you are sucked into imitating them & gettin killed, i guess it helps the gene pool & all, but still. That's not to say I havent seen most of the major vids. 2 or 3 of the LVX ones, which were all pretty good, cept I don't like the BS bit where Pauly fucks around with the box of candy the little kid is trying to sell. The guy is basically a 6 foot asshole (brother of the one holding the radar gun at the end of the bridge). The starboys vids...well, they'r also good n all, i can't knock their skills, but what a bunch of lame ass fame starved punk kids. the worst is the one where some wannabe rap group "perform" a song written for the starboyz, & they make a little music video of it (doesnt even contain any good stunts). Man, i gagged thru the whole thing.

Mach2 and mach3 fast bikes are excellent. I would recommend another fastbike video "head to head" gsxr1000, vs honda 929,vs yam r1 and they throw in a busa for shites and giggles. Performance bikes Motorcycle of the year pits all of the best 2000 current crop of sports bikes hashing it out. gsxr's r6, duc, etc and of course the mighty zx12. Anyone have any recommendations on holigan- standard bikes shootout. I own a zrx in addition to my zx12 and i like anything that is tested seriously.

2006 ZX10r (Wifes street bike)
2004 zx10r (her race bike)
2002 ZX12 (still kicking a--)

On the Mach 2/3 DVD...there is some cool trailers for other things there testing. One was called "The MV Story" which had a nice clip of them testing an MV Agusta all out.
I'd like to see a movie with a Benelli in it, more Agustas, and some upper end Ducati's....the 916,996, 998, 999 with a 12 in the mix.
