still dont hav a plan for the 1427. but now i hav a 1287. 1/2 stud kit. carpenter racing eng ported head and cams. muzzys wet nitros...13.5 to 1. what can i spray this engine with? who is the nitros wizard? thanx old

Old, they answered some of this in the other side of bikeland but my 2 cents: Star small, go big later. It sucks picking up the pieces of your motor after 1 embarassing run down the track that never held up. 30 shot? Sure, set up properly. 40-60 is the rough consensus of the limit.

What a lot of people leave out are the little oh so important nitty gritty details. How long are you spraying for in terms of distance or time? What type of fuel are you looking at running? Etc.....

My advice is to take baby steps but a 30 should live if set up right. CHECK the CAPACITY OF YOUR FUEL SYSTEM ENTIRELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LEARNED A SHIT TON DATALOGGING!
