We call it a "redneck hearse". Ya know... for takin' the dearly departed's casket to deer camp.
The stripes down the side and all the lettering on back is done in the same reflective material we use for marking cop cars, ambulances and fire trucks.
What suck's is that the guard's "powder coated" paint is chipping off (waiting for it's replacement to come in) and those 7 1/2' side windows on the shell leak (waiting for the new windows and frames). Also, when I intalled the Prodigy brake controller, I found out my trailer brakes weren't working properly. So I got to spend last night clean, rebuilding and adjusting them (on one side the pads weren't even touching the rotor).
Amazingly enough, it's the accessories that are giving me problems. The truck runs just fine. Well, except when I go to fill the 35 gallon tank and the gas pump's slow. At 11 MPG (in town with minor "gettin' it"), trips to the pump are often. It doesn't help that every time I stop at a light, some kid in a camero asks if it's got a hemi in it, either. Well? They asked, ya know?
