Do ya lov e it or hate it? I have been looking at the pics in the magazines, havent seen one in person. I like the idea, but wonder why Kawasaki didnt bring on a ZX10 first then go to the "Z"? Opinions everyone?

...I like it...its like a future-think 1975 Z-1...I'd buy one if I could...change the exhaust, of course...maybe an under-tail or high exit...I like it as only the poseur in me can...

i agree the exhaust would have to go, am thinking a high rise exhaust, with a CF can, would look sweet.......still out on wether or not I like it though

I like it,ditto on the exhaust,Kaw claims 437 lbs and 55.9" wheelbase.The magazines are estimating 115-120 rear wheel HP witch IMHO is a little weak.A good source at Kawasaki said the zx9 cams will fit and hopefully we will see a piston kit around 1050 cc's,150-155 HP?

that would make it pretty nice, but the ZED being my primary bike, I feel that it will need atleast 130 hp to bring the fun factor up..... i want to see one in person....has anyone seen it yet? Lets shave about 40 or 50 lbs too.

worm.... I think you are definitely on to something. The undertail exhaust would be way cool on it.

how about a wolf undertail exhaust with dual outlets.....? anyone got any infor on the 04 ZX10R? is it a myth?

Z1000 exhaust = ugly sum bitch, I would rather have the worlds ugliest Muzzy on my bike than that piece of crap!

dam ozzy that is almost as bad as saying you would rather have the worlds ugliest woman sit on yer face that have that exhaust on the bike.....lol that is pretty strong feeling....I really want a Liter bike, but I want one that is competitive with the gsxr and the r1, right now the 9r isnt what i wasnt....I wasnt a ZX10R that is built and looks like the new 6r and 6rr......have been looking at the gsxr, but I think I am gonna wait till next year to see what Kawi does.....looking to pick up and RR this summer and if I do that and the 10 r comes out next year, looks like the old 01 6r is gonna need a new home.....we shall see
