Clutch Thumping??

Ever since I had that Muzzy Clutch Kit put into my 12, it does pull harder as I release the clutch going into the gears. However...

It does seem that the gears thump into the next gear a lot harder then the norm. It doesnt matter how high or how low on the tach, but when I engage the clutch to shift, the shift is a hard shift, like a thump into gear, if that makes sense.

Is this because of the Muzzy clutch or what? It just seems hard on the gears, and I dont know what I should do about it.

Check your clutch adjustment in accordance with the owner's manual.

The only adjustment for the clutch I see is the at the cable end, since it is not hydraulic, for adjustment of the play in the lever.

Where else should I look please?
