2003 model
I just traded in my busa for a 2003 lime green zx12.
I have only ridden it 14 miles so far and really like it.
Does anyone else have a 2003 yet?
What are the "big" differences from the 2002 model?(if any)

Only differences from an 02 to an 03, that I know of, is the swingarm is now black.

Well yeah, there is the green thing. And the model number on the 03 is a B2 whereas the 02's are B1's.
