ZX12 Wiring Schematics
Any one have the wiring schematics for an 03 ZX12? Have a problem with the headlights and cooling fans coming on when the battery terminals are connected and the key is not in the ignition. The bike will start but the battery would have to be disconnected to cut it off.
So far I have checked the starter relay and polarity connections in battery tray to be good. The Starter relay was changed because of a problem of the bike not starting and the battery was changed before that because the bike sat all winter with no charge. I disconnected the ignition switch harness and the lights and fans still come on when the battery is connected.
A wiring diagram and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated for this possessed ZX12.

Sounds like you've got a couple more relays bad
besides the starter relay....
