oh when my bike creeps with the clutch pulled in i always have a worped steel like you said you may have of found or i have broken friction plate or two. the broken frictions only make it creep with the rpms sort of high like around 7000rpms.
one clutch worked fine with out the thin frictions and the chatter ring then the other all new setup it locked up and i could not slide it very well.

the stock limit is around 11,700rpms. the tach are off about 600rpms to get to the limiter it bangs at around 12,200rpm on the optimistic tach. if one nails the shift dead on 11,700 on the stock tach you may be leaving et on the table.

I haven't taken it back to the track, we have a bullshit 9 sec license at my track, if u don't have them u can't run ne thing faster than 10.00, even test n tune days, n I don't go enough to go thru the hassle, my lady time there I got put out running a 10.01 on a 10.00. Lost cause I was sleeping at the light, LOL

yes i took the time to get my licence. it costs about 230 every two years plus physical. i have had it since 2007 i think. i will not bother getting my cat into the 9s. that is expenceive if you did not build it for the 9s. chassis cert the whole 9 years. F that. low 10s will have to do.
