SUSPENSION SWAP
can i take the suspension from a 2004 (forks and rear shock assembly) and put it on a 2000 zx12r????

Just rear shock YES...If whole rear assembly then u have to use the dog bones from the 2000...
Front forks are exactly the same...

I believe the 04 forks have the radial mount brake calipers?

no real need to swap the rear unless you go for aftermarket, for the front, it would be a good brake upgrade. I think you can switch to zx14 calipers then?

04-06 fork ,n spacer cause of 00-03 bigger rotors..
