The sliders are from LP, and they mount to the existing bodywork mounting brackets. For those of you wanting a slider that bolts to the engine, consider how you would feel if someone took a ballpeen hammer and whacked the side of your alum cylinder block with it! I've seen a RC51 motor cracked in half in just this manner, and I've seen this exact type of slider survive wrecks on other bikes, with no damage to the motor. I'd rather be replacing a bracket and maybe glassing some bodywork, vice replacing a motor.

Swft I love your bike man ( eastbay dave also has a nice baby )

The swing is coming along need to finish before to mount it, since i'm using it every days to go work. SO i need it to be ready to do it in a week end But i lets you know right a way .

I'm going to take mine over to MVR today, and have him send it off for a coat of imron paint. I'd powdercoat, but I'd have to yank and replace a fairly new set of bearings just to do that. Hopefully, the 2003 schedule for Thunder Hill will be out soon, and I can start planning for a trip down there.
