it was on a dyno, so no its not
the numbers in the fuel map are how much its changed from stock, so if you see a 5, its 5 % richer at that spot, if its negative, its that much leaner than stock, zero is no change. a pipe will require some areas to be neg and some to be pos to run at the proper AFR.
do you know how to run the pc control center? there are tutorials on their website
