muzzy fan.

any input on the 6 blade muzzy fan?does it keep things cooler with a after market exhaust?

It has one more blade than the stock fan, but the more important thing is that its aluminum. So it wont melt under extreme heat like the stock plastic one.
Just one of those "details" to address when you install your exhuast!

My fan (now) runs for a shorter time period than the plastic one did. It seems more efficient than the stocker; & it won't melt...

Will it make a difference if the engine is still in pure stock form, and if I plan on keeping it that way, exhaust and all?

My 12 is an 02, so I think I need two fans, not just one.

I beleive it helps keep the engine cooler. And if you are running a Ti Exhaust the heat from the head pipe will melt the plastic fan! So the Muzzy fan is definitely a good idea.

I believe the 02' does have two fans; I'm not sure but I think Muzzys is coming up with something for it right now...

02' does have 2 fans which i have ordered from Muzzy and should be here sometime next week...they sell it as a kit for the 02'
