Shinko Advance Radial 005 ?
Ok here goes i found a set for 188.00 shipped i just got my Chrome rims in ordered bearings and seals so now its time to get some tires.
Are these any good or am i gonna get killed on them?
Shinko Advance Radial 005 120/70/17 and 190/50/17
my last set were michelin pilot sports they were ok but didnt give good feedback to me

I have the 005 on the front of my 14 (003 in the back). I like it, for the front. It will not have the feedback of a michelin. But, it should last as long as the michelin.

so are you saying the shinko front is worse for feedback than my michelin's?

IIRC, a popular mag tested shinkos and found them to be very competent both on the track and street.

The tires will stick good but they wear down very fast. My rear only lasted 4 months but my front will make it about 10 months. I still think Michelon 2CT's or pirelli diablo's are the best
