Sending Maps to my PCIIIR

OK....

I have the 9V adapter, how do I use it to hook it up to my computer/PCIIIR? I guess just hook up the battery in between the computer serial port and the 12R? I would prefer not to screw this up. Thanks!
I also have the Palm Pilot adapter, maybe I will just use that one.
Comments?

Thanks!

Can't screw it up. Plug the 9v adapter into the power commander. Then you can plug your Palm or your computer into that.

I used the battery adapter for the Yosh EMS initially but had trouble uploading the maps on the 9-volt power. With the ignition key on, no problem. You might keep this in mind but maybe it's not an issue with the Power Commander.
