Best place/price for Marchesini wheels?
I am interested in getting a set of Marchesini wheels in racer gold for my 2002 ZX-12R. Has anyone here bought these wheels? Where's the best place to buy? I have found several places on my own, but I wanted to find out some opinions from here before I purchase.

How are the Marchesini compared to the Oz or Dymag or PVM?

I bought mine from TAW but i had to make my own spacers which where supposed to come with the wheels. Also had one of the rear bearings binding because the inside collar was too long.I would try the OZ's next time.

I love my Marchesinis. I picked mine up through MVR as he seems to have all of the connections. I paid $1500 for mine new. They had a deal going on them because they were overloaded with white wheels. I paid $50 to have them shot with black emron.Regarding spacers, I used the Alum spacers that you see sold for the 12 and found that to work perfect. As I remember I needed to buy to sets of the spacers to have the right parts for both the front and rear. Magnesium wheels are the single most noticeable thing you can do for your bike in my opinion.
All of the wheel companies can be a pain to get their wheels. The guys at YoYodyne seem to be able to hook up quick on the Marvics.
What ever you do make sure you get the cush drive for the rear.

Zhooligan has some good advice, but also look to make sure the cush drive assembly is supported by enough bearings.
My RCs had a problem with that, but it may just have been my riding style.
Here is what Im talking about.

Have dymags,,,,,the product is good. I ordered a rear sprocket from superbike racing the same day that i was told that i would recieved the upgrade for the carrier direct from dymag in Britain. I recieved my carrier from Britain (including customs) in 7 days. I still have not received my sprocket and it has been 15 days and i live in the same state.........?! And superbike racing made complaints about the customer service problems with dymag.....they need to check themselves!!!
