How many gallons should I treat for?
I'm getting ready to put my bike away for the winter. I was wondering how much Stabil should I use in my 2000 A-1 tank?

One ounce of STA-BIL Fuel Stabilizer for every 2-½ gallons of gasoline, gasoline/oil mixtures, or ethanol blends is the recommended dosage level.
Stock tank holds up to 4.8 gallons (I believe) filled to the brim with the bike perfectly.

more like 5.8. i put 4.4 in blinking and suspose to be someware like .8 from there.
just put high test in pick a brand and drive it once a month for a little bit. do not worry about skipping a month. just do not just start it and let it idle too much with out rideing it some. i junked my plugs up doing that.
with carbs and 92,93,94 i never had anything skunk from chain saw to the weed wacker i use once every 6 months to the snow blower which starts every year. put 87 in it and you are on your own.
with fuel injection air can not get to the fuel rail. i would not worry about it of you got good gas in it. just my expearience.
