There are ususally 2 places on a car that will turn on the fan. 1 is the tempature sensor on the block or in the radiator. The other one is in the air conditioner. Thay both turn on a fan relay which in turn gets power to the fan. Find that relay and you probably have it.

Does it run with the car off?
If so, the relay is stuck.
If it only runs with the car on, then it is probably a bad temp sensor. (Unless your car doesn't have power to the relay when the ignition is off, in which case it's probably the relay)
