Muzzy Clutch Hub?

I have a new Muzzy hub that I have never used. What exactly is different about it from a late model hub? Also, it came with a replacement bushing, is this different from oem?

The reason I ask is that I wouldn't mind having a spare hub, but if it only works with their kit (with the different stack height), then I don't need it.

It's perfect as a spare if your in a jam...

The only difference are the 6 pen cap size oil holes on the closed end on the 2002-2005 OEM hubs wich get more oil to the clutch plates compared to the OEM 2000-2001 hubs...

Muzzy drilled small holes in the 2000-2001 OEM hub alleys that he got from Kawasaki for oil to the clutch plates...Other than that all hubs are identical...

Too bad Muzzy didnt use the 2002 hubs when Kawasaki added the 6 pen cap sized oil holes...

Which Kawasaki did for the 14 hubs!!!

I just took the Muzzy hub and compared it to my oem 2002 hub. They look identical, with one exception: the muzzy has some additional small holes around the circumference of the hub, where the plates ride. I wonder if Muzzy is using the late model oem hubs now?:

I just went through all of my 12R clutch parts. It looks like I have about 22 1.6mm steels, 10 2.0 mm steels, about 24 or so intact frictions, 15 misc. springs, 6 new heavy springs, a new puller arm, and a completely new stack of frictions and steels. About the only extra spare I should need is a cable. I was going to sell the used parts, but I think it would be wise to hold on to them for next season when the bike is back together.
