DynoJet Customer Service

Just wanted to let everyone know about the good experience I had with DynoJet's customer service people.

As you may remember, several months ago my PCIII failed and had to be removed. The unit was about a year out of warranty, so I checked it out for anything obvious and tossed it in the toolbox.

I finally decided to contact DynoJet to see if they could repair the unit at my expense. I sent an e-mail to tech support and received a reply requesting that I call the 1-800 number. I spoke to "Manny", who provided a repair authorization number and said that they would see what they could do. About a week later "Phil" called, and stated that the unit had a grounding problem and would need to be replaced. The good part is I'll be getting a new unit for only $50.

Just glad they didn't remember my name. I sent them numerous "unpleasant" e-mails when they released the PCIIIr after tell us that it wasn't going to be available for the ZX-12R.

I dealt with the same two guys at Dynojet. My PCIIIr was about 13 months old when it crapped out and they replaced it without any hassle.
