i read and tried my best, but i still am no closer, help.

First u need to find a free photo hosting site. The upload ur photos. Then u go to the page where u photos are at. Get it so that the desired photo is the only thing showing. Use the image tags bracket img bracket and bracket /img bracket Paste the url between the image tags and voila. U can also link pictures from other sites by right clicking on the picture and looking at its properties and then cut and paste the url in between the image tags.
I am sure others will have a little more detail explanation..

above is the code u'd use assuming ur picture was at the url in the middle (and no backslasshes before the brackets). there are fairly complete instrauctions for posting images in the faq, including a free server for hosting them, provided by blkrnbw.
