LP Titanium Exhaust Bracket
Part 423-2116 is the Titanium Exhaust Hangar Bracket which works on all three model years of the 12. But LP has had this item on backorder FOREVER!!!!
Does anyone have an extra one available for sale? Or know of any new ones for sale somewhere? Please help the beansbaxter in this desperate time of need.

Is it actually on backorder again? I was told it was on back order for quite sometime. I reordered and boom it showed up. I would check to make sure.

...it was on back order when I bought my bike...feb 06, 2001...I think they are liars, can't or refuse to produce, and should just say that (it) will not be available indefintely and to disregard the ad or catalog part number at this time...this is BS!...personally, I don't care about LP's Ti hanger...I have a Dino hanger and a Razorback hanger...I just can't stand marketing and adverstising BS...I once worked for a company that did shit like this...made me mad working in that kind of environment...I quit and moved on...

Dang, this thing has been on backorder since I purchased my bike at the beginning of the riding season.
What is a Dino and Razorback hanger? Enlighten me if LP is not the yellow brick road I need to be following. Thanks.

I beleave Akrapovic makes the hanger LP sells.I went thru this in 2000 when I got my Muzzys system.It was on back order for months.I finaly got it but calling LP was a wast of time.They would just blow me off and say they did not know when it would be avalible.And there is no way of getting ahold of Akrapovic,LP is or at least was there only US distributer.They would not give me Akrapovics phone# and acted like jackasses on the phone.So at that point I went with Muzzys and LP and Akrapovic can go f--k them selves.And no,I all ready sold the hanger with the system.

Back orders at Lockhart are trickey. When something is on backorder you can forget about it coming. But if you call or check with them on a regular basis you will find that the item is no longer on back order. I.E. I presently have two Ti exhaust hangers on back order. They were ordered many many months back. I walked into my local Honda dealer about three months ago asked them to call lockhart on availability of the Ti hanger for my 12. They called while I waited, it was in, I said ship it and two days later it is on my bike.
This is common on many things I have received from Lockhart. A shitty way to have to get things, but frankly in many cases they are the only game in town.

You won't get any argument out of me on that. Like I said, I buy from them what I really want and can't get from anyone else. I have even gone to the point of looking overseas to avoid them.

Hey, I have the opportunity to purchase an exhaust hanger off an 01 model 12...according to LP's website the hanger is the same on all 3 years, but I just wanted to make sure before I buy this. Does anyone know for sure? Please, let me know. Thanks a lot!
