Clutch problems
I just installed the muzzy clutch kit and I have a problem.
The clutch does'nt disengage so if I put it in nuetral and start it then pull the clutch in and put it in first it jumps forward and dies.
I have taken it apart and put it back together 3 times now and followed the instructions to the letter.
Any suggestions would be helpful .
thanx,
Patrick

Check the slack in the cable if U have too much it wont disengage the clutch fully. Also what did ur stack height measue before you put the clutch pack back in?

You put a full size fiber on the inside against the chatter spring. I would suggest just removing the "chatter spring" all together!

Mine was shattering the smaller innermost fiber on a regular basis so I pulled the rings and used a fullsize fiber- no problems.
