first drive of the season
well finally got out for a drive was nice here today speedo is out 20kph at 100 kph so looks like ill be getting a speedo healer for sure cant drive like that 16 46 was wondering if its allot of work to pull the valve cover off this bike ? I seem to have a small oil leak around the seal

I have that same leak. Many of us do... I have yet to dig into it yet though.

ya a bit a 1107 or gasket maker would fix that in a sec I had 2 zx 7s and have fixed them that way just took tank off and air box and valve cover was right there dont know about this bike if I can it off hope so will be an easy fix if so. Its not that big of a leak so ill live with it for now i guess

If the seal is good and properly in place, absolutely no silicon is necessary. That's a bandage, not a fix.
