Wow, great pics. Looks like a great vacation. Were the "medusas" jellyfish? It's hard to tell in the picture...if so, there sure were a lot of them!

Yes she was back of the bike. I made an extra part to make the seat softer and bigger to suit her better - if You look that picture at the German reststation You can see it quite good. It worked well but I should have lowered the footpegs but didn't had enough time. Other than that she said it was quite good.

And for 22348bCVC try to be at least 2 weeks or if possible more. Theres so much to see over here: You can choose anything from beach to big cities or nice alpine roads - all in less than 1000 kilometres or come to Finland and see the midnight sun - and lot of mosquitoes! :-)

thanks tuusinii...I know about mosquitos and the midnite sun...was was stationed for 18 months at a northern remote sight in Alaska...didn't have any alpine roads, though...actually, we didn't have any roads, period ...one day I'll be there in Europe again (I hope!)...perhaps we'll hook up (that would be cool)...might even send and keep a good, used 12R over there for my many Euro-trips...my nephew can 'keep' it for me in Germany (I wish!)...ride safe!

Hmmm!!! Can't really say what type they are but if I remember right they've made by Daytona. Their kind of old and I'm looking to replace them soon because the sole is running out of rubber. Not wery hard but good for sporttouring...
