Installed my Bear Stacks

Well I finally got the Bear stacks installed on my 1361 motor. Won't know how it all works for probably another couple weeks as I am still breaking the motor in.

The stacks were a bit of a bitch because the stroker motor raises the injector bodies so I had to find some big ass O rings to insure a seal. Also if you are installing them the stock bolts don't work. The heads are to big so allen head bolts are a must. Bear might consider selling them with the stacks. The fit is super tight. I used a little dab of grease and pulled the stacks into place with the bolts.

They look trick at the very least! I will post numbers in a couple of weeks

Surprised yours didn't fit so easily. Mine dropped right into place (aside from the bolt problem you mentioned). I detailed the install on the following page:

Mine also fit great, take them in and out a couple of times and then they fit awsome, make sure the bolts are tight, ask Kawachan about that deal, he can show you pictures to prove what damage the bolt can do.....

You freakin' better use some Loctite or the like to install those new bolts!! My lil slip up is the reason I'm "bikeless" right now. Have you ever seen what a loose bolt in your motor will do at 12000 RPM??
You don't want to find out......
New head, can you say it??
