Oh I'm pissed at myself.Here I am taking my time putting the bike together. Now as I'm installing the radiator,I see the hose from the cylinder to the oil cooler facing the wrong way.Ya know it's a good thing I only do this for fun! I would be real scary if I had to do this for a living.This is where I step back and chuckle at myself and take a break.At least I'm only 18 bolts away from lowering the motor and hopefully can turn it 180*
That is all, rant over!.

SOrry, the closes I have come to that is not to realize that I had to install the Block Radiator Hose Before I put the engine in the frame. I also forgot one time to install the oil tube between the Head and Cylinder and wasted a Head Gasket to put it in! So NO, Nothing like that ofr me

Well at least I have plenty of time.I'm not sure if I can swing my leg over the bike any more or lift my right leg to the peg when launching.Arthritis is a mother! I laugh at the noise I make getting up and down off the garage floor.Those bike lifts are starting to look real good.My goal is to have it buttoned up before winter.

Murphy's Law  I've learned over the years to try and think of everything that could possible go wrong, but seems like if it can go wrong, it will My last encounter with Murphy was when I was installing Fuel Injection heads on my 68 Z-28. I had everything back together, and was adjusting the values when I realized that not all the push rods were pushing oil. Turns out there's a top and a bottom to those things.... BTW, the F.I. upgrade was a success and I was finally able to pull away from my buddies road runner.
