Hey Doug 4-1-1- vs 4-2-1
Mr. Meyer:
I read your response on the pro pipe. The 4-1-1 performed better above 9,000 to 13,000 rpms..
I do recall my Muzzy 4-2-1 having better midrange than my akrapovic specifically from 4,000 to 7000 rpm, above 7,000 akra 4-1-1 was much stronger on the dyno and seat of the pants.
Is Rob Muzzy going to manufacture some "modified pro pipes" perhaps with better midrange as well keep the top end punch?

You can already buy them. They are called 4-2-1's and are the standard Muzzy design, with maximum available power under the curve.

From what I remember, Karl took a 4-1 pipe off,, a muzzy i think, and bolted the pipe i have on, and made 7hp.........
That was what I was told when I purchased it.........
Guess it really depends on what you want to do with the bike......
